Help with the quest "New settlers"

Hi,

First off, I am a total newbie to settlers.

I need some help with this quest, please. I need to buy a foreign settler family.
How do I do this?

I think I need to open a shop window, or something, but I can't find it.

No, you make them in the provision house

Foreign Settler Family is in the Black Market in Merchant and costs 95 gems

You need to open the Merchant by clicking on the treasure chest icon at the bottom right of your screen.

Then select the Black Market section in the list on the left of the window that appears.

Then use the scroll bar on the right to move down to the bottom of the Black Market where you will find the Foreign Settler Family.

Am also stuck on this, have got the extra 10 settlers in my start menu but every time i try to add it tells me my population limit has been reached (50/50) and i cannot seem to build the 'extra residences' i seems to need. I also cannot complete the 'time is money quest' whilst 'new settler' is still in progress :-((

Am probs missing something obvious, cheers for help

Neither of those quests reward XP so you can leave then for later. Do those quest that reward XP to get to higher level and then you can complete those quests.
