    Copper mine missing setler

    I created 2 copper mines, I fully upgraded it to level 5, added settlers to my mayor house.
    I got those 2 mines buffed but now I see they are not working!!
    Spent over 15 min waiting, the buff allready works for 13 minits but still no output.

    Love to get some comment on it.

    UPDATE: Seems I do get the ore, and the resourches of the mine are counting down, but there is no green line (progress bar) etc...
    It still says it misses a settler even it is working :S
