missing buffs!

so the last 2 days ive created 25 aunt irma's gift basket but they have not show up in my star menu.
I have enough resources and when i check the provision house they seem to be getting created, then later when i check again the provisions are completed (not showing in provision house) but they are not in star menu.

I checked resources and they have been used but am now missing 50 aunt irma's gift baskets and dont want to waste any more resources for fear of the next lot going missing too.
