Ever since the stress test I cant seem to stay log on for very long, I keep getting this error "file failed to load, the client was unable to load a data file, delete your browser cache and try again"

I have of course done this, I have used several different browsers, computers and even internet connection, it just wont allow me to stay logged in, loads a part of my island and thats it, this is quite annoying as I cant rebuff or do anything constructive.
