Interested in A4 printable (gif format) TSO colorplates

Hi

I admire the graphics used and applied by TSO. What I do not find is a set of A4 black/white color-plates for the children.
Normaly all businesses active in youth sector have a corner where those plates in gif format are available to download and print.

Can anyone give an idea if its possible with the use of Adobe Photoshop to create such plates ? Or will TSO soon bring a pack available ?
This would help a lot to satisfy many children asking about those colorplates ( very popular ).
