Game problems

not sure if there is a thread some where that prob fits this but today the game has been really bad for me today and im lucky i got in the forum as it is to try hunting for similar thread

I started in game download that kept kicking me off all the time this morning so i went into incognito mode to play was fine for a while then kept getting hammer man http://prntscr.com/cly1ed (many players will know what that is) also game freezes and now again seems like i keep getting kicked from the game
i keep getting a little box pop up on screen and forced to refresh the game even when i'm not doing anything in the game just chatting

I have cleaned cache so i dunno what else to do
anyone got any suggestions please?

make sure your browser and or flash is the latest version
try flushing DNS
if you play wirelessly, see if a cabled connection improves the situation (latter has helped me many a time).

This is the same isue they had a few days ago when players could not login but for front page.
