Voucher Codes not working

Got a voucher code from that site. There are a lot of vouchers left apparently. Several people have tried them but none work at all. You get one after sign up and requesting one. This is the same for Anno Online.

The code for here is for example THK-F23T-9JH7 (this does not look like any code I have seen on here before)

Are these actually real or fake? Seems like a genuine site.

There is loads of comments on the pages saying Ty, Thank you etc but I have a funny feeling these are all fake.

Any ideas? Anyone tried these before?

ah ok. The anno code which is actually a URL is for US server but they dont work on that server. So that wouldnt explain the problem with Anno ones. Nevermind. Cheers
