Missing Christmas gifts.

I did not recieve my presents :-(
Tried to log off and on again did now work, recieved the 1000 snowflakes mail.

I am exactly the same, no gifts only the snowflakes, did all the usual things, emptied my cache etc.etc. logged back in but still nothing.

I know I'vent been behaving very good but I really love those cookies that mom told me to not eat them. If I knew I wouldn't receive your present because of this I would not have done it - can you please reconsider and send me the same present that other children received?
