problem with a quest (level 5)

i just started playing the game
and in level 5 i got a quest:
to hire specialist (own at least 1 geologist)
i followed the tutorial as it is until this point
the problem is that to hire a geologist you need 100coin
i only have 15coin
and i have no coin production
did i do something wrong?
and how can i fix this

no, u did nothing wrong
u need to trade what excess resources u have or
play an adventure that has coins as part of reward or
make a request in trade or
ask a friend or
guild member if u have joined a guild

He is lvl 5, so should be not able to trade yet, as for that you need TOffice, if spent gc on something so early, its stuck, up to lvl prob. 25 people should not spend resources on anything other than quests. If he doesnt have friends yet that can gift those after 24h, and no trade office, its stuck and has to start again.

Yes, you used the coins they give you to upgrade a building would be my guess.

I had the same experience. But after I logged out and logged back in the coins changed from 15 to 115 and I was able to purchase the geologist... strange isn't it?

you get the 100 coin as quest reward from the previous one in the chain
