no xp for completing adventure

I completed traitors today and whilst I got the other rewards I did not get the XP which would have take me up a level and given me gems also.

This happened a few weeks ago too when I completed horseback. A hude amount of resources pumped into these too with scant reward. Can you do anything to help?
