Unable to load game

I am logged in but unable to load the game, I see no mention of this by anyone else which makes me wonder if I am the only one.

here is the message I get when I click "play now"

Can anyone tell me how I might log into the game if its not down, or enlighten me as to when it might be in working order if it is not just me.
