    Two Trade Offices?

    I notice that even though I have one Trade Office already, I still have one available in the merchant. Does anyone know what effect (if any) having multiple TOs has?

    In theory it could give an extra free trade slot (but I expect it's just an oversight and will give no benefit at all...)

    No effect except the free license. It was originally a quick start for the game when the old quest system and early levels took days to complete. You were able to buy it at level 1 and rush the quests and early levels by having trade available.

    So if I needed a licence I could buy this, demolish my current one and replace it. Gotcha.

    450 gems is a lot to pay for a building licence...

    Yes, originally you didn't get to build the TO until the very end of the tutorial levels, was quite an achievement back then.
    Available far too early now.
    We love our new CM.
