Game Reset Button

Can we have a game reset available for new players under lvl 12 ?
Too many new players are getting stuck through overbuilding, using coins and gems to upgrade and then not able to do quests. They tend to leave the game rather than start a new account. The experienced payers can't help as we cannot trade till they build a trade house at lvl 12.

The reset button will enable the new player to start again from lvl 1 as a new player but keeping their current account and avatar.
This will keep them in the game, hopefully wiser than before, and will not clog up the server with dead email accounts running stuck games below lvl 12. Wonder how many there are in the big wide world

Isn't it the case that support will reset your account for you? Or at least delete it so you can start again with the same name?

Well that means people would have to write a ticket and wait 1-3 days. Many of the new Steam players have actively asked in chat how to restart and when the answer has been contact support or restart with another email and inform support they have said it's not worth it and deleted the game. I tend to agree with them when the first experiences of the game is struggling with bugs to get past locked levels or confusing starter quests. Wanting a clean restart requires you to start writing support ticket and request a deletion personally in a free to play game. In mobile gaming world this kind of mess means one star review and app deleted and in case of Steam the overall rating is very poor for the game.

Self reset should be possible if no gifts have been sent or received and no trades have been made.
