You've come up with some great ideas recently... most of which you then unfortunately couldn't deliver, but let's not dwell upon that on this thread...
How about just offering some more in game content that we've had before: medipacks and floating residences.
Why not bring those back to the merchant as a limited time offer, then maybe couple it with a happy hour or two?
Simples, no?!
