    Log in Problem

    Every time i log in i get a blank screen and the message 'File loading failed! Please check your network connection, clean your browser cache or try again later.'
    When i press the ok button my screen gets lighter and my island starts to appear, every time i click ok the screen gets brighter and my island appears more
    Also its not showing collectables on my island

    I have cleared my cache so it not that
    ideas??

    I also have a log in problem. I tried to refresh a couple of times but it shows the same thing. Ty for the help.

    • What browser you're using?
    • What is the update version of your browser?
    • What version of Flash you're using?
    • What system OS you're using?

    Do you have the version numbers for Chrome and Flash?

    Hi i also cannot get past the change log/Tips screen. error message says connection to server lost. i have tried updating flash and chrome to the latest version. cleared up cache of chrome, flash and java. same situation when i changed my browser to firefox and ie. however i can play through my mobile using puffin browser. they are on the same router. i have ran out of ideas on how to make it work.

    Thanks for the additional info - I'll forward this on. We have a new game version coming next week, which should fix some of these issues.

    Sadly the update didn't work for me. Still have the same problems.

    I also have log in problems...never had before. If this keeps happening I will probably just stop trying
