Improved farm: not tradable?

Type: Buff + Refiller
Cost: 75 pumpkins
Description: Revives and refills a dried up Small, Common or Noble Pumpkin Cemetery with 10 pumpkins

Uhm.... correct me if I'm wrong, but ... why would anyone want to spend 75 Pumpkins to get 10 - I mean, even *with* a x5 buff, that's not a good deal.
Why bother?
Maybe if it cost 40 Pumpkins, some people might use it - maybe. Possibly.
But at 75? I mean, seriously.

i think they were added to revive dead/run out pumpkin patches so can put refills on them again

"Refills" and the rebuilder "Fertilzer" are different.

Pumpkin refillers can be gathered by completing certain adventures (see help archive window in the game for a full list). In case your Cemetery depleted, you can revive it with Fertilizer from the Merchant (Cost: 75 Pumpkins. Revives the depleted Cemetery and refills 10 Pumpkins).

Try not let a cemetery exhaust, but if it happens it's not the end of things. Reviving it is pricey, but possible. Just Do Not *demolish* it.

Pumpkin collectibles will spawn guaranteed worth 1 pumpkin each

Does this mean each Pumpkin collectable is only going to give 1 Pumpkin ?
