Missing Guild Quests [Take 3]

Though we've been working on the same GQ for a few days now we have yet to see a Waiting Guild Quest. Since this is how it started the last two times:

Our GQs have vanished again, our last was 18th March. ... We lost them last time too, two weeks before the bugfix for: when players leave a guild whilst a guild quest is active went live, that didn't apply to us then and we are at a loss to determine what's gone wrong this time though the series of events is a perfect repeat of last time. We've been completing them regularly if not every day, we haven't had masses of people joining or leaving and we've not changed anything we've been doing at all so far as we can tell. Even so:

Ages ago: Waiting Guild Quests disappeared.
Very slightly more recently: Daily GQs started skipping occasionally and didn't always arrive at the usual time.
19th March: *poof* GQs vanished entirely.

I thought I'd post now and at the first sign of trouble. This is not something the overview can help sort, it's not a question of people not doing their part, there is simply no Quest in the queue.

Like the last two times people have started appearing in Help asking if anyone else has lost their GQs and the answer is a resounding "Yes". We haven't exactly lost ours yet but the cycle has begun and unfortunately there is still no news on the status of the bi-weekly resets that seemed to be keeping this problem at bay.

We will perform a guild quest reset every two weeks until we apply a corrective patch.

The last reset was 08.08 and if a corrective patch has been applied I'm afraid it's not correcting much.
