There should be an achievement for doing ventures similar to adventures.

I'd like to see different ones for doing venture A losing max xx recruits, in under 10 hours etc.

I'd also like to see one for doing them all similar to the 1001 nights do all alis achievement. The reward for this should be the wicked witchs gingerbread house.
