r = recruit
b = bowman
m = militia, vigilantes
lb = longbowman
c = cavalry
s = soldier

Missing elite soldiers, crossbows & cannons
which are generally accepted as:
es = elite soldiers
xb or a = crossbowman ('a' comes from the german Armbrust (crossbow) and is shown in most German based guides)
k = cannons

It also has a break down so you can jump straight to the quest you are stuck on from the first page
