Ah, but there we go already. That little box when you log in (assuming you mean the one with "Welcome to the settlers Beta" and "Initialising login" and stuff.. Else, I'm still clueless as to which one. Forgive me, I slept terrible.) always goes away in a few seconds for me at least. My login times for the game have so far been quite rapid. ^.^

We have asked BB to be able to change that but we have had no news about it for now as they are still fixing more important stuff. We hope to have it soon though.. even if we have no way of knowing when ^^"

It would be really useful to be able to change that.

The problem with that Seekhunt is it's an in-game feature...so you wouldn't even see it if maintenance was happening.

i think they mean our "mission/quest" box which always for some reason opens up when we log in.
that could be replaced or a one similar could state and give info about the maintenance or other important news.

we are still in maintenance arent we ?

and the ingame message system was only to FURTHER know the players of the maintenance today. Instead of all those spams with "connection fail"
once more HAAALLLLOOO. READ before you post people. the game is closed down these hours.
because yes, people is always (sorry to say) blind when it comes to news etc about a game. They dont read anything, jumb right in the game and act like all hell broke loose because the "for some strange stupid reason" cant get into the game.

But once more.... READ people, and most of your questions would be answered sooner than you could write a new post about it.

Today is not maintenance, but server refuse my connection. I can not connect for over 30h. First server address was missing, now connection problem to my game account why ?
