    I've chacked the forum and all messages seem to relate to thursday but ive been unable to connect since then please can you advise

    They are still having problems with the game. Their databases crashed yesterday and as I understand it they are running internal tests right now to see that everything is working as it should (wouldn't want another crash just as we all try to login again would we?). The game was online for almost two days after the Thursday maintenance but went down unexpectedly yesterday (without the maintenance screen at first, couldn't even connect to the login page) but hopefully we will be able to play again later today.

    I am logged on but cannot get past this screen (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/play) 8 hours now trying over and over.

    This is the forth time this has happened where I will lose most of a days play. Each time I do finally get on my wheat, water and mines are almost completely depleted.

    It is not my service provider as your help area states because I am logged on. I just cannot get the game going.

    Hi guys,

    If you're still experiencing connection issues, please empty your cache and cookies, check that Flash is up to date and then contact support if those don't work.
    You can also try changing web-browsers.
