4x Fish Platter costs 40x Fish and also lasts 2 Hours

Save yourself 20x Bread and use Fish Platters..

I use fish platters when I'm online, but when I'm going offline will use a solid sandwich or Irma's gift basket as there is no need to re-buff

let a friend buff for you, it gives you a +50% duration, so instead of 2hrs it will be 3hrs for the sandwiches.
