pff hope its not free when they do like some other games i know ... will only benefit those who are unable to plan ahead
Completely agree Jools. Once you get a slight hang of the game, and how you need your resources to flow, you are too deep to make any drastic changes. I was.
It can be very costly not to plan good ahead, and it can put your progress to an almost stop.
EDIT:
@Nukar, well, if the consequences of not planning well isn't explained, then how are people to plan ahead?
....is a virtue.
I will wait in sheer excitement, as my settlement is a mess.
point taken@Nukar, well, if the consequences of not planning well isn't explained, then how are people to plan ahead?
But still building movement for free just feels wrong
I agree that it shouldn't be free. It should cost. Just more than the 25% regain, and no other options than there is now. For more elaborate answer about costs, see my previous post. Looking forward to hear what BB comes up with.
As a 1st time Settlers player, i suggested it due to not being told i couldn't move the buildings in the tutorial! I placed buildings anywhere, just to speed up the tutorial, now im stuck with buildings everywhere.
I gues it must be me playing "real" computer games since <1990 and there you are never able to move the buildings you always sell and rebuild.
that was so in all settlers games. and if you planned your big/medium/small buildings poor you would run out of space.
