Some thoughts. Yeah, in reality hot item list is much bigger. But still those who want to produce something for sale, should think who are the buyers and where is moving money. Good choice is to produce and sell those things what most of the players need, even those who are higher level. It depends on the server age and player levels, what they use and need mostly. So make sure that items you produce for trading are used in long term process and they are needed in game later too.

it seems that the most tradable item is gold, therefore it would be wise to specialize in gold and coins production over any other item.
or is gold currently a bubble in your opinion?
