Logged in as normal no daily reward but knew is has been coming up a little slow, so played for about 5 mins still nothing so pressed the log out button and up popped the daily reward screen just as I logged out, now it won't come up again and it was for my gems so not happy, any ideas anyone if I will get themor have I lost them??
Other than that good game just need more hardwood trees and hard to build intermediate building as not many trees.

I had both today. try clearing your cache and try using other browsers. helped me a lot with most problems we had latly.
Likewise, no daily rewards since 29 Dec after the maintenance. Tried all my browsers, nothing came up.
You don't have to get a pop up message to get your daily rewards. The daily rewards are sent via mails automatically when a new day starts.
I have another problem, on day 2 you receive 150 iron ore. The thing is i get the 150 ore but i can't place him to my mayor house.
Are you sure its not 150 iron ore deposit so it may be that you need to add it too an existing mine to top up whats remaining.
I started seeing a similar issue, in fact, I wrote to Support about it a few days ago. But within the last 24 hours I received a login reward and a levelling up reward. I'm wondering whether there was a bug which was found and fixed.
Indeed, best thing you can do is write to the support department they can assist you further in this matter.
