Cleared cache but still can't get back in

it is stuck on the loading screen , wether i ignore the clear cache msg or not

Add another. Firefox on xp. Tried IE too, no joy. Ran System Cleaner and cleaned out everything. Still not working. Now I can just sit back and wait rather than frantically trying to figure out what was wrong.

got the cache thing first. so tok a system cleanup. got the same thing again. and now i get a blank page.
same thing on ie9 and chrome, w7 pro 32

I think the problem is when flash load file http://static.diesiedleronline.de/li...ttings.xml_enc, the server response "404 - Not Found".
