Cleared cache but still can't get back in

Guys, the problem lies with UBI soft files server and not the game itself. When UBI have the files server back up we will be able to play.
Sorry no eta on when that will happen.

Slightly different in my case, press the play now button and all I get is a completely white page, was fine yesterday evening. Have tried 5 or 6 times with the same result.

I checked Ubisoft on twitter and all there online services are down for about a couple of hours for maintenance.. its not going to be available before the TSO maintenance starts so where going to have to wait until that finishes

that's a bummer. i wanted to upgrade my mayor's house so i don't hit max limit for stone resources, but it looks like i'll have wasted production time again.

Then another 12h or more without game. This is the third time now... i wonder if they give us some compensation... it will be nice if this time will be some rare buildings as witch tower or something good. Last compensation was fine, but not refill all our looses.

Yeah unfortunately it seems like a file call error on behalf of ubi soft. A simple JS file that give a 404 file not found error. Nothing can be done until UBI fix it. So as BTO46 said, it will most be unlikely of a return today until maintenance is over. Nothing on the UBI forums or from UBI themselves. No BB are on atm so no info on that front either.
