at this moment the game is down for maintenance thats probably why your code is not being accepted at the moment try again after the maintance

It was in the game case for me. I had the UK Collector's Edition, so perhaps it's a regional thing.
If I may hijack this topic a little, I'd like to know if the pack will carry over to the release of the game. I don't particularly want to redeem it if I won't have access to it later.
althea there are no plans for a wipe at this moment, only if the game runs into a game breaking bug or exploit!
