Additionally I added results from German Wiki. I'm not sure they are official but they seems to be that.

question in the garrison setting for multiplayers (2 and more)
total soldiers as in whole player or single player?

ex: Units need: 600R 200C 170LB
each one need to bring that 600R 200C 170LB or we can split 300R 100C 85LB each person?

Hi the needs and losses are always for the whole adventure. You could not split it 50% because for some camps you need for example 200C so its better you split the camps with your friend.
For example: One brings the 200C ... the other 170LB
