Somehow, on my slow connection
I managed to click on building icon to build a fisher quickly after previous one and was just undecided for some time, when I wanted to place it I got small popup window in the middle with undefined title/text and inside it no text.
I click OK and went to build that building again and noticed all buildings are grayed out (so looks like I was trying to build a building while I should be not able to do so in first place) ....
