I have send a few mails about login in problems, the only answer you get is an automatically reply! I have spend around $200,- for gems and really don't feel taken serious. I would highly NOT recommend playing this game with cost a lot and not even taken serious.

Could you give me a description of the issue you're experiencing? It does not sound likely that Support would not answer tickets. When did you send the tickets? Could you give me the ticket number so I can look into it?

Hello BB,

I don't have them anymore, stupid but I deleted them from incoming mail. The answers was that they were going to send it to. I don't know. Indeed they gave me a ticket number, but it appeared to me that this is automatically generated. Tonight it is the 3rd day, i can't get in the game. Nothing changed to my computer, all still the same. It is very annoying and maybe I try it tomorrow on the normal computer. I have played it a few months on my mac pro, so it must run. In general its strange that it cost quite some money and it is not worth the money.

In the messages box during the login, it says that the Veterant General is available in the shop to purchase with gems. But when I go to the shop, there is no Veteran General. What happened to him ?

I understand the need for maintenance and appreciate it and all the hard work the TSO team puts in but ..... now I've lost the chance to finish my adventure !!! Any chance of some hours being put back on my clock please ?
