Hi, my guild are currently looking to transfer ownership. Is this possible and if so how do you go about it?

It's not possible Christine, the new leader must found a new Guild or if the old leader is willing (and available) here's how one American Guild handled it:

The BB Devs won't do official guild leader transfers, but since I have not intention of leaving the game, nor leaving the guild high and dry (like many other guild leaders have done to their guilds), I will just handle the things that only the offical guild leader of record can do. Other than those small things [A Zeus player] is the Active Guild Leader.

Why is it when you get a chat ban, you lose guild chat also? Guild chat is not moderated by the mods, so therefore anything goes to a certain point. I need to talk to my guild but cant. Please explain.
