How do I get experience points? I thought it was only by defeating bandits.
If that is true, this is strange:
I have cleared sectors 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 now and in sector 3 I have only 2 camps and the leader left. I am lvl 21 now.
One of my friends also has cleared 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 but has 3 camps (the same that I need plus that tiny one) and the leader left in sector 3. He is already lvl 22. Why? Is this a bug?

Whilst I agree that the use of pecentages can be confusing at times, the tooltip is correct.
If you use a calculator, such as the one built into windows, and input 1x200% the answer is 2.

I do agree that the use of "double" and "triple" would be less confusing.

the tooltip is NOT correct. an INCREASE by 200% would mean an extra 200% of the existing. if existing rate is 1, 200% of that is 2. That would mean 1+2=3.
What the tooltip means is either "INCREASES population by 100%" or "GIVES 200% of normal population increase".

Hi all, im having a problem building in a new sector, ive cleared it of bandits and its got the blue flags all the way around it,im sure it will be somthing simple but i carnt see anything to help here so any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

You need to put down a storeroom in a new sector to claim it, then you can build other buildings in it too.

Is there any way to rearrange your building? My settlement looks like a shotgun blast and I would like to clean it up, but there seems to be no way to move anything.

mr_murkus, the only reason i can think of is that your friend also killed a camp in another zone.

I'm level 16 and I think I've played alone enough, so I would like to join a guild. But after looking around, I don't find information on how to join guilds. I've also been looking in the guild list, but I don't find any option on how to apply for a guild.
How do I join a guild?

Read the "how to guides", and you will see that you can look in the guild announcement threads in the Newfoundland section, then mail the guild leader.
