No the move building feature isnt implemented yet
And Yes, but you should be able to join alrdy
The main benefit from reaching lvl 17 is the branchoffice wich grants the trading ability

Hi there, I am asking some assistance. It has been two days now, I can log on but are unable to access the game? The "Play now" button does not seem to work. all other buttons works perfect? something wrong ?
No, you can destroy and rebuild but that means losing all resources spend on upgrading.
You can not. You will have to disband current and start a new guild. (or ask very very nicely via a support ticket)
Have you tryed the standard solutions?
Clear cache, refresh browser? Try different browsers.
Also make sure you have most recent version of browser and flash.
