I'm more than likely working right now.
I am having same problem, I get the loading map page then a pop up box with clear browser cache and reload page. I am using Win 7 and Chrome, have cleared cache and also cleared flash player cache, also tried in exasperation IE10 and still same. Happened to go into work this morning and it worked fine there on Chrome XP. am now back home and still can't log in same error. Have been trying this for 3 1/2 hours now. I have 3 different users set up on the computer for Chrome, 2 have never been to the settlers website, all 3 users are getting same error even if all 3 have browser cache cleared and also the flash player cache.
I have just done a clean install of Win 7 and still have same issue. Not sure what is going on but I have had enough and if not solved in next hour will be leaving game permanently.

Should I use gems to replenish my mines (very old wood etc.) or just let the mine become exhausted and build it from scratch?
Thank you.
Unless you are prepared to buy gems with real world money you are best off saving gems for items you can not buy through the in game trade. Generally the only mines people refill are the gold mines, mostly because they have upgraded them to level 5 which requires a large investment of resources. Gold mine refills can be obtained as rewards from adventure or from the Trade Office
Thank you for the answer, much appreciated!
Please can anyone help. How do i join a guild?

Or "increases TO 200%"...
Edit: That was in reply to a much earlier discussion about the formulation "increases BY 200%" being incorrect.
