I paid £24.99 for some gems and have a receipt from paypal. The gems have not appeared. I have mailed support but have not yet received a reply. I understand that this is unlikely to happen until tomorrow at the earliest.
I want to register here that i find this to be unacceptable. I have played similar games to this before, with different games companies and have never had such a problem... but others did and after getting impatient with the lack of response reported the company to paypal.
I do not intend to be quite as patient as these other people as 'being in beta' is a great reason why bugs have to be tolerated on a free game but no reason at all why a paying customer should not get the goods they have paid for.
The payment taking was alpha plus and i suggest that you stop taking payments on paypal until this matter has been resolved as you are clearly in breach of your obligations.
Games companies need to realise that they are not above the law and have obligations to their customers just like any other business.
I expect a response from admin on this one today.
