I recently had a problem with a bug, that was resolved courteously. For this ubi deserves credit, but what they most deserve credit for is that they didn't remove the post even though it was critical. That, the general tone of the chat and the firm but fair moderation means that this game stands a good chance of developing in an open and free manner. Just as well really because it's totally addictive.
