I upgraded 2 mines while they were expecting a free settler and, after upgrade, it wont get the settler even though I have free, it does not display progress work, but the resources are consumed - I believe that they produce copper.

I got the same issue with 2 of my farms. upgraded while waiting for settlers now no new settlers are coming in these farms. sux...
same for me with one farm, i can post pictures.
Those buildings should be producing resources. At least that is what other's have reported.
