Chat server login failed

no i didnt. i want only trade, dont want help or global-1.

if i will be baned, must be sent to a notice to me. ban for "bla bla"

ban settings have "trade ban" - "chat ban" speration

i will try create a another account and make sure, banned :/

you were muted from the chat axxion. thats why you cant see the chat.

once the mute time is over you can see the chat again.

i have chat mute, i can send and receive mail but i cant trade ? Please explain this.

I think; if trade gone = game is gone . like chat ban, affect all production.

need ban options separation. chat ban only effect chat not trade. already chat ban not effect send and receive mail or any production

log in to game and game say: [13:20] News: Chat server login failed.
should be :[13:20] News: Your chat mute for 20 hours, because "bla bla" . Any problem talk to MOD_xyz.(click to top and whisper)

im write here and wait many hours, create different acc and I came to, you banned this second account. i have chat ban okey but need a mod to me for say something. need banned people access on a mod from chat panel . many hours im trying different way to access trade because i think is a bug or etc....
