dear calen... due to the fact you closed my previous thread i have had to respond in the form of another... im awear they may be busy... but it still does not help my situation... as i am playing alone barely getting anywhere as i cannot trade or even ask the simplest of questions to people with more experiance thanks to you... this is hardly the way to generate possitive hype about a game not even out of the beta stage...

and like i said in the other thread, be patient.. this is not helping you at all dovah. Support is busy as theres 1 person at the moment handling the tickets, so yes it can take longer then you would see, I cant help that, nor can you by complaining on forums which is not the place for it anyway.

ok.. for marlok... i have sent 5 tickets all with no response so thanks for your input... and calen... i am trying to be patient but thanks to your actions in persecuting me i am becomming increasingly frustraited and from my end it seems no one is interested in trying to help me... as i have been banned from chat and my tickets are *from my perspective* being ignored... what else can i do but try and shed some light on my rather bleak situation of trying to continue through this game?
