Frozen 'Add content to a deposit'

Hi,

I have a weird problem. I've collected 250 Iron Ore which has been added to my Star Menu. But I can't use it. It's frozen. I can't add it to my Mayors House or any of my Stores. See the screenshots attached. Any help would be much appreciated. Best, DJ_Finsletown.
