After beta progress reset

Recenly I heard that there is possibility that you're going to reset our game progress when game hits release stage. Will I loose All time i spent playing? All those hours, all nights i kept waking up to send geologists to look for new resources?
I honestly do not like idea of making me do same thing again, and waste my time again. I spent some cash to buy few gems, will I be able to recover it?

BB told us during closed Beta no reset is planned. Only a realy huge bug could cause such a thing and is very unlikely.

With a game like this they just cant reset all accounts, not when people have spent hundreds of hours on em.. That would be a game destroyer tbh. They need us, and we need them, thats the way it goes

Its stil in beta.... So technacly they can. But they will want to prevent it.

But I wonder.... is it possible to reset your own account? For instance if for whatever reason you wanted to make a new fresh restart?
