I was able to trace the problem to Firefox and IExplorer... No lost connection thru Chrome.... which is funny... I want to play thru Firefox not thru Chrome... :^)

Try using an ethernet cable instead of a wireless connection, if your router has a port.
same thing with chrome lost connection for over a week now first it would load then just a blank screen and now just keeps going back to play game says connection lost
same problem as everyone... game cuts out every 30 or so seconds which means the game is basically unplayable

Ubisoft makes beautifull games, spend a lot of money on protection and works from servers who crash on high amount of players seemingly. It happens a lot over the range of games of this company.
Virgin media is also famous for giving headaches to several games. If you are on that provider definitely go to your provider with the complaint.
Also heard that some antivirusscans and/or firewalls block the games that uses a browser with high memory usage.
I'm using AVG free who just gives a popup that memory usage is high but I can see that can be considered a threat.
Put the game in an exception list of the firewall or antivirusprogramm if you suspect this might be the case.
I can't say this holds the answer but you never know untill you tried.
