lost daily gift - server went down

Hi,

I'm having a lot of server down moments, I refresh, it comes back. I've cleared my cache that seems to help, but not for long.
I just logged in en oked my daily gift and then the server went down again.
Now I've lost my daily gift.
It's not in my warehouse, it's gone.
Tried logging out and in again, but it stays gone.
So why am I going thru so much trouble of logging in everyday and play when I lose my gift.
Pls also some advise for the server problem.
Maybe I can do something or am I doing something wrong.
