ok, i sent a msg to support... 36 hours later nothing... no reply or anything,,,
i cant see chat, so getting help is just not there.....
i spend a lot of cash in online games and was hoping this game "settlers" was going to be as fun as it was many years ago....
it is... but being removed from chat just because of my in game name with no explanation on how to change it is mental.....
i have since sent a reply to the automated msg i received saying they had received my initial support msg.... still nothing....
doesnt bode well for uplay me thinks.....
