Best way to share resources with Guild members ?

What is the best and easiest way to share resources or help your Guild members with resources ?

By trading resources away to guild members when they ask for it.

problem with this if you give something away for free to help a friend or guild member like most normal ppl would it gets called "pushing" which they dont allow sort of makes it hard to help ppl just for the sake of helping them

Where does it say you are not alowed to give away resources to friends?

"Pushing" take place only when accounts have same IP. When exists suspicion that one person have advantage of having 2 accounts.
