BUG? Missing Fir Tree at sector 5

dear all technicians,

i build a fir cutter house at the boardary between the sector 2 and 5, but it reports no fir tree nearby. is that a bug?

now it has been confirmed:

A: its a known bug, please remove the building and place it somewhere else

Q: is there a position bug only for Fir Cutter or for all building? may i build a Fir Forest there? Everytime build and destory costs me 8 tools, i don't want to wast my resource...

A: its for everybuilding at that perticular spot as the tree infront of it is blocking the entrance to the building
