My calculations I did earlier, may not be perfect, but hope they help. They do not include proce of buildings that you place only ones. for example smelter, coinage, brewery or farm
Also, you need to calculate what time it takes to produce 300 coins... that I did not count. If you setup quite large beer producing you can get more coins per hour.300 Coins = 1500 Tools + 1400Marble + 1400Hardwood ++
600 gold ores x2 = 300 gold bars x2 = 150 coins x2 = 300 coins
3 Coin = 15 Tools + 14 Marble + 14 Hardwood
1 Coin = 5 Tools + 4.33 Marble + 4.33 Hardwood
1500 Tools + 1400Marble + 1400Hardwood = 600 Ores + 2400 Coal = 600 Gold Bar = 300 Coin
Buff Cost: 90 sandwitches = 90x40 Fish + 90x20 Bread = 3600 Fish + 1800 Bread
Cost of 300 Coin to: 1500 Tools, 1400 Marble, 1400 Hardwood, 2400 Coal, 3600 Fish, 1800 Bread
Cost of 1 Coin to : 5 Tools, 4.33 marble, 4.33 Hardwood, 8 Coal, 12 Fish, 6 Bread
-----------------------------------------------------
10 Coin = 1000 Beer = 2000 Water + 1000 Wheat
Buff 12 sandwitch = 12*40Bread + 12*20Bread = 480 Fish + 240 Bread
1 Coin = 100 Beer = 200 Water + 100 Wheat + 48 Fish + 24 Bread
Beer also, can be sold for coins
I think Beer production would take more licenses from you tho.

and takes more time from the provision house, which you need for making settlers also + other stuff
Beer to coin conversion: Not worth it.
Mining gold ore: Worth it if you have economy strong enough (or use gems), don't try it at 23 level.
This is a somewhat more complex calculation, since you dont need to rebuild your gold mine if you use free gems and adventure loot to refill it. You just stop it, before it runs out and use buffs to make it double production when its running. This will also make upgrades to the mine valuable, since each buff will grant a +2/+3 instead of just a +1 (double or trible the effeciency of each individual buff). That means, if you keep your mine alive, you can leave out the cost of it too, since it over time, becomes less significant
Beer however, is also used in big amounts to train troops and its easy to pile through a huge load of beer in no time on harder adventures, making the coin conversion slower. Also, each 200 wheat will have a (somewhat small) cost, making it longterm, more expensive then the above, since the above leaves out rebuilds - a rather impossible thing to do with fields, unless you provide a huge amount of siloes
On another matter, Golden Brew is overkill for very little return; now if it were 1000 brew for 100 gold, however, it would make more sense.
i did my research too, it seems like you need 7 mins on lvl 2 provision house to make 10g from 1000 brew. however 400 brew is like 15gc on a open market, so if you gona to mass brew, mass farm strategy, you can dump open market prices down to 4 gc per stack brew. and you still gona produce gcs faster as with "Golden Brew" because you dont need this 7 mins to produce 10gc. However is a task to sell so many Brew you have to be Online alot, to sold your Brew, on consistant Bases.
However, you can sell Wheat to same price, and you dont need those 2k water to make it to brew, because Wheat is like the same value as Brew.
