Building Licences gone ?!

Heya,

i'm pretty sure the game has eaten at least 1 building licence. heres what happened:

i have 4 licences left. start building a cocking plant and queue up 2 more. before the first one is finished i decided i want them in a another place and cancel the 2 queued, before the first is finished. after this one is done i start building one at the desired place and queue up 2 more, meanwhile i destroy the one already made at the wrong place. after the 3 building at the desired place were completed i should have had one license left for the destroyed building as i started with 4 licences but game shows ZERO licences.
and i think this isnt the first time it happened..
anyone else noticed this ? it would be a major bug.

Refreshing the browser normally fixes these minor irritations.

refresh didnt change anything, it was yesterday and today im still at zero licences

update: Fenrisw0lf offered to count my buildings and it turns up i have all my licences. he even provided me with a screenshot of my island statistics using his production planner available at:

as i spent rl money on shop licences it would have been a major upset to have some disappear glad this is not a bug.
