it helps if you specify adventure, also it helps if you check first that you sent exactly the troops specified in the guide

The round block ... From A to Camp 5) 60 Elite Soldier Deserters, 60 Crossbowman Deserters
    BLOCKING NORMAL general: [1R 6M 1S 190C (-)] {200 - 300 seconds of fighting, 0.1% chance of 180 seconds}
    works also nicely

The Sons of the Little Tailor - Dual 250/MoMA, Cannon - guide

    Not updated.
    Spoiler

This guide is mostly a combination of
    Polymer's combo (of Nighteye`s and Athlan`s guides)
    and
    Evil_J's Dual Veteran General version,
    but also some setups from
    corona88's Veteran General version.

I've also added garrison pictures and some tips from
Killste's Modified Sons of the Little Tailor
    and some icons like
Sons of the Little Tailor by bri0sheje design.

Also credits to Jamdoggy for his
    Forum Guide Using BB-tags.

I've skipped some risky blocks from Evil_J's guide
and reduced some losses (mainly B and M).

If requested, I may add alternatives as "quotes" or as "spoilers".

I've used SettlersOnlineTools - Combat Simulator
    and settlersonlinesimulator - dso_kampfsimulator.

    Tips from Killste:

You don't need to play as guide ordered.
After sector 1 you can take 3 different path. You can attack sector 2, Sector 5 or Sector 7.

Also if you want attack different Sectors same time (lets say 3), put 3 different tabs to your browers.
First tab shows Sector 2, second tab shows Sector 5 and third Sector 7.
Well ofcourse this is only possible if you have enough generals and troops.

You also can use this in other Adventures.
My favorite is Outlaws, where I usually attack 2 different route at the same time

    Legend:
    BLOCK
    REGULAR general (from tavern)
    ANY general
FAST general (ie Battle Hardened General, Grim Reaper, et c)
    VETERAN general
    MASTER of Martial Arts

    Minimal General Requirements

    4 REGULAR general

    1 FAST general

    1 VETERAN general

+1 VETERAN general or MASTER of Martial Arts

    Recommended General Requirements

    Minimal General Requirements and...

+1 REGULAR general / FAST general. REGULAR general can used in sector 6, C0 First wave. No blocking required.

+1 FAST general. Your first fast general attack at sector 5, C4 First wave.
Second time you need fast general is at sector 8, C3 First wave. If you are fast enough, your first fast general is still unconscious from first attack and you may wait some time. Blocking required.

    Troops

    required:
    {4210} 2179 R + 135 M + 154 S + 326 ES + 306 C + 807 B + 63 LB + 60 XB + 181 K

    max losses: - 2178 R - 135 M - 27 S - 807 B - 63 LB

This is a 99% mix of Nighteye`s and Athlan`s guides. All credits go to them. If for whatever reason you find yourself in a rough spot, use them for ideas with confidence.
During this adventure try saving your slow generals (use for wave 1 sacrifice fast generals as much as possible), enough triple or quad blocks to need the slow generals.

In the interess of having clear pictures, for most of them I gave up on drawing the lines, instead I used color codes: camp 1 blue hits on camp 1 red, camp 2 blue on camp 2 red and so on.
Camps 0 and 00 are to be destroyed before any blocks.
Sector 7 block is the most... problematic and it is to be considered risky. Use with caution.

    or REGULAR general BLOCK: {200} 183 ES + 17 K {Rounds: 4 (1.01%) - 5.08 - 8 [losing @ 5 (1.09%)]}
Checking blocks in settlersonlinetools.com/en/combat_simulator. Both alternatives seems to have a slight risk (less than 0.01%) to end in defeat at round 4, so better use 1 Assassin.

c3 leader: 70 bear, 90 wolfpack leaders, 1 Giant Gogor (Giant Leader II)
    VETERAN general W1: {250} 209 B + 41 LB (- 209 B - 41 LB) --- 2 rounds, veteran rests

Mind the rounds; don't slack on this attack!!
But better use 1 Assassin on c2: 190 boar

    max losses in sector 6: - 565 R - 209 B - 41 LB

Important. Block 1 is extremely dangerous and can fail. Send generals immediately one after another. Still I recommend to kill that camp than try to block it.

Block can be extremely tight on camp 1, it started countdown before veteran entering leader, but he managed to finish just 1 line ahead, so take your heart pill before doing it I do it cause I like risking.

ALL c1-c5 hits leave one after the other. During this set of hits camp c3 will go down (intended). This is done so that c4 has a clear path to his target without being intercepted by camp 3.

Take in consideration Athlan`s way of clearing this sector (numbered in his guide as s5): http://settlers.athlan.net/sons/s5.png

This block used to work like a charm, but for some reason it recently stopped working. Now, instead of proceeding down the valley (SW to the black castle) the troops from camps B and C go round the mountain above their camp, passing by camp A before heading to the castle. I cannot figure why this is happening - any ideas? Anyway, that practically killed the block... Too bad, because it was excellent.

This guide is based on Tage's earlier guide, all troop information comes from there.
General positioning and additional blocks and alternative attacks on last camp come from Trimy's tactical map.
All credits go to them. I combined them both and added additional MMA, MAJOR and Cannon setups.
Hopefully without too many mistakes, use at your own risk.

The only map I could find is a German one on Siedler-Vision, made by cAmou309. All credit for the map goes to him:

All camps are layed out sequentially, so there are few that can be skipped or blocked.

You need several generals, mainly due to the fact that a lot of them will be recovering after suicidal waves.
And you've only got 60 hours to kill all 22 camps...

Depending on the version below, you need to send troops some 13-20 times!

The four blocks used are all of method 2.

    Nine versions and three alternatives are presented below;
    • NORMAL generals. Do not use blocks if you only have these.
    • BHG - battle hardened general (at least one of them). 4 blocks used.
    • VETERAN general (one of them). 4 blocks used.
    • VETERAN general (one of them) with Crossbows. 4 blocks used.
    • VETERAN general (one of them) with Crossbows. 4 blocks used and MMA suicide waves.
    • VETERAN general (one of them) with Cannons. 4 blocks used and MMA suicide waves.
    • MAJOR general (one of them) with Cannons. 4 blocks used and MMA suicide waves.
    • MASTER of Martial Arts general with Crossbows. 4 blocks used and MMA suicide waves.
    • MASTER of Martial Arts general with Cannons. 4 blocks used and MMA suicide waves.
Major,Veteran or battle hardened generals are not needed for the first suicidal waves on camps that are taken in two waves.
MASTER of Martial Arts can be used several time in a suicide wave for cheaper losses, thus also needing time for recovering between waves.
Veteran or MASTER of Martial Arts is used on attacks on camp 22, thus also needing time for recovering between waves.

Adv HORSEBACK - A SMALL CHANGE OF PATH - 1st Attack C10 (interception by C19)

Hello all members, by co-incidence I changed my Path on the Guide collected by Killste & C°. See http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/t...l=1#post194033

TIP = Change the normal path with a first attack on Camp10 (and get intercepted by Camp19) special for ANY general or ANY normal general.

Starting from G1 you start an attack on 2x Camps in 1 ride - 1st step Target is Camp10 (wich will lead you to an interception by Camp19) with 1 garrison normal general =
    Interception fight Camp19 40 Lance Riders, 70 Nomads = [100R 100S (39R - 45R - 49R)], after this fight normal general will continue to Camp10 70 Nomads, 20 Cataphracts (original destination) = [51R+100S (41R - 46R - 50R)].

    Variant 01 (R+M+S) same script (interceptor Camp19) Normal general but with [80R 18M 100S (40R - 45R - 47R)] continue with min 33R 18M 100S to Camp10 = [33R 18M 100S (33R+6M - 33R+8M - 33R+10M)]
    (TOTAL MIN 74R+6M -AV 78R+8M - MAX 80R+10M)

    Variant 02 (R+B+S) same script (interceptor Camp19) =ANY normal general [80R 30B 90S (26R+30B - 30R+30B - 32R+30B)] continue with min 48R 90S to Camp10 = [48R 90S (42R - 46R - 48R)]
    (TOTAL MIN 74R+30B -AV 76R+30B - MAX 80R+30M)

Anyway/anyhow this fight can be used in 3 versions or it can be split and added into the seperate fights of the Guide.
Which for the normal path would result in :
    For camp19=
    ANY normal general = [34R 30B 90S (25R+30B - 30R+30B - 34R+30B)]
    ANY normal general = [26R 18M 90S (26R+9M - 26R+13M - 26R+17M)]

    For Camp10=
    ANY normal general = [23R 18M 90S (23R+14M - 23R+16M - 23R+17M)]
    ANY normal general = [26R 30B 90S (23R+20B - 25R+20B - 26R+20B)]
    ANY normal general = [27R 20B 90S (22R+20B - 26R+20B - 27R+20B+1S)]

All these fight have been pre-tested and simulated on the simulator and played by Gamla.

Have Fun - Kind regards, Gamla (ACG).
Happy ? Sure I am. Enjoyable and relaxed. ==> Visit Guild FB41

That is the setup for the second wave, after first sending a suicidal wave of 108R.
Thus, I suspect you didn't send the first wave (called 15a) at all...

If you do not have a veteran general, you will have to send a suicidal wave first.
Note that the suicidal wave depends on whether you have crossbows for the second wave:

Camp 15a) 40 Cultists, 40 Dark Priests, 40 Shadowsneakers, 1 Dark High Priest
    ANY general: [108R (108R)]
    ANY general: [107B (107B)]
Camp 15b) 26-40 Dark Priests, 1 Dark High Priest
    VETERAN general: [23R 1S 144C 82XB (20R - 22R - 23R)]

Blocks are designed to be long and not necessarly victorious, out of all setups I chose the one giving highest average number of rounds.
Play this if you are expert level on blocks and have the right temper for it. This is still a beta guide (sic!). It will be updated as I see fit. I will appreciate all commentaries provided they offer valid objective points and not just trolling.

In the Summary , maximum losses aren`t cosmetic fitted in any way, they`re exactly that, maximum. Final results will be under that for sure.

For this adventure it is preferable you have at least:
    * 2 Veteran General
    * 2 Fast General (Battle Hardened, Grim Reaper)
    * 2 Normal General
    * Level 3 Barracks
    * Full capacity to train required troops during the 10 days this adventure lasts, i.e. weapons in storehouse and enough +625 settlers sets in star menu

Send the 2 regular generals to block their respective camps. Wait until the second general passed first black dot, then send the other 2 veteran generals to attack the leader camp (personally I sent them when the general reached 2nd black dot, but found the first veteran had enough space to cover yet). Only try the block though if you have enough spare troops and the willing to gamble with them.
